On 03/03/2022, between 03:16 UTC and 03:56 AM UTC, some customers would have faced intermittent issues with GoToAssist Service Desk API calls

Our engineers have corrected the issue and we confirm that all systems are 100% operational at this time.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
