Update: Until recently, we announced the final deprecation of OAuth v1 usage on March 31, 2020. Given the current COVID-19 situation impacting our customers, we will delay this change until further notice.
We do not want to release potential breaking changes to avoid customer issues in a time where web conferencing software was never so important.
Starting on March 31, 2020, access and refresh tokens generated by the legacy OAuth authentication API will no longer be accepted. If you are still using tokens originally issued by the legacy API before its shutdown on October 1st, 2019, please continue reading.
Date and Time:
March 31, 2020, 06:00 AM to 07:00 AM UTC
The legacy OAuth authentication API was shut down in October 2019. Even though we announced a complete shutdown, we gave a grace period to already issued tokens to support a smooth transition for delayed customer migrations. This limited support will end at the specified change date.
In case you missed the migration to the new OAuth version, please update your integration as soon as possible. It is currently only working because of the long token validity of the legacy OAuth authentication API and will start failing.
You can have a look at the OAuth Migration Guide for details of the required migration.
