Between January 04, 2022 22:32 UTC and January 05, 2022 02:24 UTC, a small subset of customers using GoToAssist Service Desk API would have experienced intermittent failures.

Our engineers have corrected the issue and we confirm that all systems are 100% operational at this time.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
