There was a temporary disruption in the service for Realtime API from 21:30 to 22:00 UTC which could have resulted in missing events in that period.

Our engineers have corrected the issue and we have confirmed that all services are functional.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future reoccurrence.
