On 2021-07-23, between 14:17 and 15:18 UTC, some users of the GoToConnect API / Notification-Channel V1 API might have faced issues with increased response times when creating or updating a Webhook notification channel.

Our engineers have corrected the issue and we confirm that all services are functional.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future reoccurrence.
