GoToConnect API - Wrong Format for Messaging Notifications

On 2021/06/10, between 00h46 and 18h10 UTC, clients of the GoToConnect Messaging API might have faced an issue in which webhook notifications would have been encoded instead of plain JSON.

Our engineers have corrected the issue and we confirm that all services are functional.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future reoccurrence.
