On 2021-09-09, between 12:20 and 12:47 UTC, for a small duration, some Real-time API clients might have faced issues when creating new sessions.

We have confirmed that the issue has been resolved completely and all systems are 100% operational at this time.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future reoccurrence.
