On 03/09/2022, between 20:43 and 21:16 UTC, some customers would have faced intermittent issues with GoToConnect inbound and outbound messaging API calls.

Our engineers have corrected the issue and we confirm that all systems are 100% operational at this time.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
